• Event Tiers: All event productions, spatial design services, and talent curation are provided based on signed individual contracts and custom quotes.

• Slot Reservation: Calendar availability is only guaranteed upon receipt of a signed proposal and deposit payment.

3. Intellectual Property

All design assets, spatial concepts, brand material, and visual media displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Palma Agency unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Production Budgets & Cancellations

• Estimates: Initial quotes are non-binding until confirmed via contract.

• Cancellations: Cancellation policies, refunds, and non-refundable deposits are strictly dictated by the terms defined in your specific event contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

Palma Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from site usage or event delays caused by force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
